You know, looking back, I’ve had quite a life. I was a generator tech in the Army, I have a private pilots license, I was a stockbroker for several years. There was a time when I owned 35 rental properties. But, I always seem to come back to one thing – real estate, in one form or another. In my younger years, I sold modular homes along with the site development, septic & water systems, foundations and garages. Each land/home project was unique to the new owners. From there I ventured into buying, rehabbing and reselling houses. I’d take a run down house that the owner didn’t want any longer and transform it into something that the new owner could be proud of. And yes, there were many lessons along the way. “Experience is the best teacher” without a doubt!

Then I came across vacant land investing and everything seemed to click. I could use my many years of experience in real estate to help people with their unique situation. No more dealing houses that needed a lot of TLC, contractors and tenants, etc. – been there done that. 

Life is precious – and worth experiencing to the fullest! I look forward to talking to the many people who are in need of a little help with their situation. Being able to offer possible solutions is what I’m all about.
